Sleep, the blackbird
Sleep the blackbird is a hand-drawn 2d puzzle game made in a form of comics with lovely watercolour illustrations and beautiful music. Follow the heart-warming story about Sonya and the blackbird who can't fall asleep. As the story unfolds, few puzzles will be on your way.

This is my favourite game from the entire blackbird series. The puzzles are challenging, the art is amazing and the music is very relaxing. Thank you again for creating these beautiful games!

Not to be weird by commenting like 3 months later, but I really admire this game's soundtrack! I keep coming back here just to listen. So weird and beautiful, very tasteful use of dissonance.

Welp , I guess a mixture of classical stuff and jazz and all sorts of other stuff. Maybe a bit of Schnittke? Cuz of the "common fifth" chords. I also threw a bunch of quarter tones there too.

Neat, I thought I heard some microtonal stuff in there! I'm not familiar with Schnittke but I may go listen to some of his compositions now.

Just WOW the way the story is told the puzzles and the art is just great, the game is fun to play and the creator of it are talented and hard working deserve all the Compliments they are having for this piece!

Awesome artstyle, you're very talented. I think if you'd join with some programmers to make a game with more mechanics, you can create a great game.
The Pacing was a little to slow for me, but think its intentional.

i've made three more similar games and one of them has much more interactions and animations. well, in 48h i had to make compromises what to include - drawing takes a lot of time
A very beautiful and lovely game. I'm not sure if this was intentional but the music was weirdly haunting and I liked it a lot. Quite melancholic. Great presentation!

Scrolling down after the first few frames it seemed to be broken. Not even the outline squares were fully loaded.
i think you need to turn it full screen, small window might adjust size properly
